INVEST WITH THE BEST

The ERS mission in 2019 was to be the leading owner which we accomplished by winning 32 races over the summer.

Our mission is to win races, not just run in a race.

We work with some of the top trainers not only at Canterbury but in the nation, such as Robertino Diodoro, Karl Broberg & Bernell Rhone. The jockeys we had ride the majority of the Canterbury meet were leading rider Francisco Arrieta, Orlando Mojica, Ry Eikleberry & Dean Butler.

For the current calendar year, we have had 183 starts with 54 wins (29.50%) and an in-the-money percentage of 62.84%.

On November 16, 2019 at Delta Downs ERS won the $100,000 Delta Mile Stakes Race with Stephen's Answer, who we claimed at Canterbury for $7,500 and was open to investors.

We start picking our horses for Canterbury starting in January in order to set us up for success, so now is the time to start planning for next year!

Empire Racing wants to make the dream of Race Horse Ownership a reality to anyone interested, that’s why we offer 4 different investment levels; let us know which one works for you!

Level One:

$125 membership for 12 months

Membership benefits:

One barn visit during the Canterbury Park racing season

One paddock visit and if that horse wins the race after your paddock visit then a trip to the winner’s circle

Level Two:

Ownership that will require a one-time investment. At this level, the investor will never have to invest anymore capital. All levels represent 1% ownership, there is no downside, you can only lose your initial investment. If the horse makes money investor would receive 1% of profit.

All horses run under the ERS name.

Membership benefits:

ERS hat value $20

One barn visit during the Canterbury Park racing season

Paddock visit when your horse runs and trip to winner’s circle if your horse wins

Money has to be on account before you can buy-in to a horse; level of investment will be determined by the chart below:

Horse claimed at $5,000 and less would require an investment of $200

Horse claimed at $5,001 - $10,000 would require an investment of $400

Horse claimed at $10,001 - $15,000 would require an investment of $600

Horse claimed at $15,001 - $20,000 would require an investment of $800

Level Three:

This is true race horse ownership! Initial investment will be collected up front and will include about 6 months of training and maintenance bills for the horse. At this level you are responsible for all costs related to the horse based on your percentage but investor also receives net purse money and/or any claim monies based on their percentage of ownership. Percent investment can start at .5% and go up to 4.99%.

All horses run under the ERS name.

Membership benefits:

ERS hat value $20

Unlimited barn visits during the Canterbury Park racing season

Unlimited paddock visits and trips to the winner’s circle

One-time use coupon of 15% off ERS apparel

Invitation to the annual BBQ with investors, trainers, and jockeys

Money has to be on account before you can buy-in to a horse; level of investment will be determined by the chart below:

Every .5% of a horse would require an initial investment of $150 (up to $16K claiming price)

Level Four Empire Elite:

An investment of 1K buys you one share into the Empire Racing Stables LLC. This would be horse ownership at the highest level and there will never be a cash call for additional funds. You will receive an annual dividend of 3% on March 15th of each year, this is better than a savings account. If the racing stable has a very good year there could be a special dividend announced.

In essence you would be owner of any assets under Empire Racing Stables LLC. This gives you a vested interest in the entire racing stable.

Multiple shares can be purchased.
